What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
My goal is to help attendees understand the impact of technostress, help managers identify employees at risk and give them tips to reduce or cope with technostress.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
I am passionate about patient advocacy, avenues to improve quality of life for the chronically ill, training and development, coaching sales team to being successful and insurance coverage for home infusion.
What are you passionate about outside the home and alternate site infusion industry?
When I can find free time, you will find me in the gym lifting weights or planning my next travel adventure.
What is your superpower?
Spreading happiness with smiling and laughing even in the most challenging situation.
What additional superpower would you like to have and why?
Help every home infusion patient to focus on improving their quality of life by ensuring that all their home infusion needs will be covered at 100%! Remove financial stress related to healthcare for those that need it most.
