These groups often advertise a lower rate than is promoted by NHIA for the official NHIA 2024 hotel. In some circumstances, these reservations have non-refundable or pre-payment requirements and harsh and unforgiving cancellation policies. In some cases, reservations do not even exist at the time of check-in at the booked hotel.
