NHIA is the only official booking agency and any solicitations or communications regarding hotel bookings from non-NHIA employees should not be considered valid. When NHIA is notified of these solicitations, we immediately demand a cease and desist of such practices.

These groups often advertise a lower rate than is promoted by NHIA for the official NHIA 2025 hotel. In some circumstances, these reservations have non-refundable or pre-payment requirements and harsh and unforgiving cancellation policies. In some cases, reservations do not even exist at the time of check-in at the booked hotel.
