Goldilocks and the Sites of Care

Describe your session in a tweet.

How to create a sustainable, centralized referral management infrastructure that reduces provider burden, enhances access, and increases capture.

What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?

It is possible to increase access to high-cost therapies while also decreasing the burden on patients and providers. Prescribing complex therapies does not need to be anxiety-producing but does require a robust infrastructure to support patient needs.

Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?

I am passionate about increasing transparency for healthcare as a whole. As someone who works in healthcare, I still often find it complex and difficult to navigate. Patients should not feel left in the dark or confused especially in times of sickness.

What are you passionate about outside the home and alternate site infusion industry?

I love working out, spending time with my dog Lulu, baking, and crafting outside of my interests in healthcare.

What is your superpower?

My superpower is working well in times of uncertainty. Throughout my career on Team USA, as well as my experience in healthcare, I have been nimble and able to pivot whenever required to best perform the task/s at hand.

What additional superpower would you like to have and why?

I would love to have the ability to understand, speak, and write in all languages.
