Are you getting ready to renew your BCSCP soon? Get some pointers on how to prepare for recertification at NHIA 24!
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
This will be the first recertification for the BCSCP and many of those who will be going thru the process have never done this before. This session to provide assistance to all those candidates.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
Competency of pharmacists and technicians. Getting payors to understand that all providers need to be able to care for all patients. Having CMS really understand what home infusion really is and how patients receive care and clinical coverage.
What are you passionate about outside the home and alternate site infusion industry?
I don't have much free time as I have 2 daughters that need extra help with their healthcare. Any other free time is spent reading (love those murder mysteries!)
What is your superpower?
My ability to remember patients and the care I have provided for them.
What additional superpower would you like to have and why?
I would like to be able to heal people.
