A best-practice mind set....... that they will WANT to do more than what the mimimum standards are to ensure patient safety
Describe your first professional speaking experience?
I spoke to a small conference about a new generation of compressors used in laboratory cryogenic freezers. I was very nervous - but my first joke landed and I managed to not make a fool of myself - that earned me more opportunities to speak.

Proper PPE in cleanrooms
If you could add a word to the dictionary, what would you add and what would it mean?
Eburbling: that noise new cars make, where they burble and snort.... these noises are created by computer code (not engine power).
