What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?

Attendees should take away two most important points from this session. First, recognize learner's preferred learning style, and align teaching methods to enhance comprehension. Second, stair step learning process which starts with foundational concepts before progressing to more complex skills to ensure a solid understanding at each stage.

Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?

The opportunity to provide complex care at home is truly remarkable. Home infusion significantly enhances the quality of life for both patients and caregivers. I am passionate about encouraging others to explore ways to improve access to home infusion and alternative site of care for all.

What are you passionate about outside the home and alternate site infusion industry?

Passionate about shaping young minds in grade schools, I often volunteer as a coach, judge and proctor for enriching programs like Science Olympiad, Robotics and HOSA. Committed to making a difference, I volunteer for organizations that support abused children. Education and compassion are my two passions for a brighter future.

What is your superpower?

My Superpower is that I am strong, resilient, and determined. I enjoy challenges and motivate my team to achieve tough goals.

What additional superpower would you like to have and why?

If I could, I would choose compassion and kindness as my superpower to allow me to empower change to create positive impact.
