Everyone can and should be a part of process improvement
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
Process improvement does not end at the time of implementation. It requires auditing and adjustments after the "go-live."
Describe your first professional speaking experience?
I accepted my team's 2019 Penn Medicine at Home Overall Quality & Patient Safety Award for PHIT Medication Safety Initiatives and gave an overview of our project, interventions and outcomes to a large audience that included Leadership from all of the hospitals and disciplines associated with Penn Medicine.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
Safely administering biologics in the home to patients
