What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
Starting on track starts with knowing where you want to go. How you get there can remain flexible
Describe your first professional speaking experience?
First Multi-disciplinary Engagement, it was to department heads at a hospital in which I once worked. The topic was employee engagement and steps to change management and staff perceptions. I was partnered with another department head to deliver the content. The session was 20 minutes. First Profession Specific Engagement I delivered a CE reviewing UPS 797 and the Drug Safety and Security Act to my fellow pharmacists. The session was an hour and I delivered this independently.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
Employee engagement, process improvement, regulatory impact on operations, delivery continuous education
If you could add a word to the dictionary, what would you add and what would it mean?
Omelet paper--this is how my daughter referred to tortilla wraps after we made breakfast burritos.
