A Leadership Overview of Just Culture
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
The behaviors that make up Just Culture and how to react to the various behavior choices made by employees.
Describe your first professional speaking experience?
My first professional speaking experience was at the Johns Hopkins Patient Safety Conference where I discussed outpatient pharmacy in a health system setting. I was new in my role and it was exciting to be speaking in front of my peers and colleagues (and nervous).
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
Leadership and Quality/Safety
If you could add a word to the dictionary, what would you add and what would it mean?
I would add the word Schmoop to the dictionary because I tell my daughter all the time she is acting very Schmoopy. It would mean to act indifferent to a situation.
