Performance Improvement: small steps for achieving the bigger picture
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
My goal would be for attendees to walk away with an easy, impactful way to reduce front-end (intake) errors so cleaner claims are being submitted by billing/reimbursement department.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
Increasing intake efficiency and new therapies coming to the home infusion market.
Describe your first professional speaking experience?
This is my first professional speaking experience (!!!). I'm excited to be participating and hearing from others in the industry.
