Performance Improvement: What is working today, may not work tomorrow.
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
That Performance Improvement really is for everyone! It isn't an area that is not one size fits all, it can be tailored specifically to fit the goals/standards that you set for a department or company. It is always evolving.
Describe your first professional speaking experience?
This is actually my first professional speaking experience! While it is a little nerve-wracking, I feel very honored and excited to be asked to speak at this years conference.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
The challenges that home infusion providers, medical professionals and patients/caregivers face each day for the lack of coverage for home/alternate site care, via financially or clinically.
If you could add a word to the dictionary, what would you add and what would it mean?
Omnishambles: a situation where anything/everything is going wrong all at the same time.
