What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
To know that they are a whole person and not just a worker. To feel better equipped and supported to lead themselves and others in the workplace.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
All things employee health- employee motivation, feeling valued in the workplace, creating healthy teams!
What are you passionate about outside the home and alternate site infusion industry?
I live in Colorado- so I spend a great deal of time hiking in the mountains. I love to spend time with my family and will scoop up any chance to take them on an adventure anywhere. We especially enjoy National Parks.
What is your superpower?
Creating enthusiasm in people and supporting others to be their best self!
What additional superpower would you like to have and why?
I wish I could fly. I would be in a different place every day. The world is such a unique place and you can never grow tired of learning about people and places.
