Jesse Dresser is a Partner at Frier Levitt and chairs the firm’s Pharmacy Practice Group. Jesse represents pharmacies and pharmacy providers nationally, including home infusion providers, regarding issues with payors and Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), including PBM audit appeals, network terminations, network access, credentialing applications, and reimbursement issues. Jesse also represents various entities within healthcare and life sciences, including healthcare providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors, and healthcare technology companies. Jesse focuses on the intersection between the law and economic considerations, including drug pricing, marketing techniques, and benefits management. Jesse received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
