Lisa is the System Compounding Specialist with Children’s Health System Texas. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy, and is Board Certified in Sterile Compounding Pharmacy. Active in several professional organizations and has spoken around the world on issues pertaining to compounded medications, standards and regulations to improve the safety and quality of compounded medications. Co-author of Trissel’s Stability of Compounded Formulations 6th ed. The art and science of compounding medicines has been part of Lisa’s career for over 45 years practicing in retail, home infusion, hospital, drug information, investigational studies, and preceptor for students and residents.
