Fred Massoomi, Pharm.D., FASHP – is the Director of Professional Services and Advancement for PharmacyStars, LLC. Fred’s passion and area of focus at PharmacyStars is compounding compliance and innovation in medication safety. Prior to joining PharmacyStars, Fred was a consultant with Visante for 8 years specializing in pharmacy operations, compounding compliance and hazardous drug safety. Fred served as the Pharmacy Operations Coordinator for Nebraska Methodist Hospital in Omaha for nearly 20 years. Fred has shared a passion for the practice of pharmacy with the goals of promoting the important roles that individual pharmacists & pharmacy technicians play in public safety.
