Jill Taliaferro has been working in the nutrition support field for twenty-four years. As a Regional Clinical Dietitian with Optum, she cares for patients with complex medical conditions requiring home nutrition support. She has been a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) for thirteen years and works with both adult and pediatric patients. Jill has spent the past fifteen years in home infusion. Prior to her work in home infusion, Jill spent five years as a member of the nutrition support team at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston Massachusetts. She later left the in-patient arena and joined the Home Nutrition Support Team at BIDMC. Jill is an active member of the American Society for Parenteral Nutrition, Pediatric Intestinal Failure Workgroup, and American Dietetic Association. She has published several abstracts related to home nutrition support and presented at ASPEN, Oley Foundation and the Pediatric Intestinal Failure and Rehabilitation Symposium.
