Most Common Deficiencies During Accreditation

Topic Description : Based on the most recent years data, this session will review the top 10 or so deficiencies noted from the 2024 ACHC Pharmacy accreditation surveys (these surveys include sterile compounding pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, PCAB surveys), including findings pertinent to sterile compounding accreditations.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion, participants will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the most common deficiencies found during accreditation surveys and some tips for compliance.

Upon completion, participants will be able to identify areas of strength and/or weakness found within their own organization in order to comply with accreditation standards.

Upon completion, participants will be able to independently conduct a review of their own processes to prepare for any accreditation.
