Can you share a brief summary of what your company does and how that fits into the home & alternate site infusion industry?

McKesson Corporation delivers products, services, and insights to customers across our four primary business units. The Medical-Surgical unit provides supply distribution, logistics, biomedical maintenance, and other services to healthcare providers across the alternate-site spectrum, including Infusion providers and biomedical equipment specialists.

What are you most looking forward to at NHIA 2023 in Washington, D.C.?

We’re looking forward to catching up with customers live and in-person, and to learning how we can help others enhance their clinical and financial outcomes.

What are the biggest challenges your customers are currently facing?

The biggest challenges our infusion therapy customers are experiencing are: the need for reliability and support during supply chain shortages, and the need to drive costs and inefficiencies out of their business via automation, connectivity of their critical systems, productivity solutions.

What are you most excited to share with attendees at the conference?

We’re looking forward to sharing the benefits of working with a single source for specialized equipment and supplies -- including infusion pumps, cleanroom, and cold chain supplies, and a full set of biomedical equipment solutions. We’re also exited to discuss our established relationships and contracts with leading manufacturers; technology & tools that provide useful business insights; and our dedicated infusion Sales and Clinical specialists.
