Topic Description : What practices should you consider when developing a compliant competency program? This session will provide examples of various user roles and associated competencies as well as factors to consider when preparing, administering, and documentation of competencies. Examples of competency processes will be reviewed for: compounders, oversight personnel, cleaners, viable sampling, incubation, non-sterile to sterile compounding, bubble point integrity testing, automated compounding devices, CSTDs, HD PPE/ respiratory equipment.
