Nancy Kramer BSN, RN, CRNI, FNHIA, is a home infusion veteran with more than 30 years of experience and is currently VP of Clinical Services at Optum Infusion Services where she leads the clinical pharmacy, nursing, nutrition and research teams. Prior to this role, she spent 19 years at Coram Healthcare (1989 to 2008) in positions of increasing nursing leadership responsibility, and nine years at NHIA (2008-2017) as VP of Clinical Affairs.
