Sterile Compounding/Clinical Workshops

Name That BUD: An Interactive Experience (Open to ALL Attendees)

Assessing the various components and processes involved in compounding a sterile product to determine the beyond use date (BUD) can be challenging, especially with the recent changes to USP . This interactive program will provide various elements used every day to determine the BUD of the final product. Attendees will be guided through various real-life scenarios and work with each other to determine the most appropriate BUD. Members of the NHIA Sterile Compounding Practice Committee will moderate and engage with attendees during this dynamic learning experience.
