Attendees will leave inspired to step beyond their clinical skills, embracing leadership with heart and purpose using the R.E.A.L. framework to empower teams, nurture collaboration, and elevate care for every patient they serve.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
Beyond my session, I’m passionate about empowering leaders and teams to thrive in the home and alternate site industry. Topics include: developing leaders at every level, building influence and trust, cultivating authentic leadership, mastering communication that connects, and creating high-performing, collaborative teams.
If you had a paid year off work, how would you spend it?
If I had a paid year off, I’d spend it deepening connections with my family, traveling together, sharing experiences, and creating lasting memories. I’d also dedicate time to personal growth, reflection, and developing new ideas to return to my work as a keynote speaker with renewed energy, inspiration, and purpose.
If you had a secret identity, what would your alias be and what would you be known for?
My secret identity would be ‘The Insight Alchemist’ — known for transforming challenges into clarity, turning experiences into actionable wisdom, and inspiring leaders and teams to unlock their full potential.
What’s your “it’s not a big deal, but it is” hill to die on?
My “it’s not a big deal, but it is” hill to die on is authentic leadership. Small lapses in clarity or follow-through can erode trust fast. I’m committed to showing up intentionally, because strong leadership shapes every team and outcome.
