Understand what should be considered when exploring the use of technology and share examples of operational process impacts when integrating innovation technologies to solve the problems identified.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
1. Working with payers to see the value of home infusion beyond the transactional cost of drugs and supplies. 2. Maximization of quality outcomes along with operational efficiencies leveraging various forms of technology and innovations. 3. Collaboration with hospitals to establish the site of care strategic planning, maximizing patient access to care, facilitating revenue to the right setting, and lowering the overall cost of infusion care to payers.
What are you passionate about outside the home and alternate site infusion industry?
I enjoy continuing my professional learning, whether related to improving emotional intelligence, effective communication, and technology in healthcare. I also participate in running, biking, swimming, and various other adventure sports and clubs.
