What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?

I want leadership and personnel to understand that robust training is necessary, even for personnel entering their roles with extensive experience.

Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?

I am extremely passionate about advocacy for my fellow pharmacy technicians.

What are you passionate about outside the home and alternate site infusion industry?

Outside of work, I enjoy being home with my family and our many foster fails. I have two teenage daughters, six cats, and a dog that provide endless entertainment.
