A solid sales process is vital for a successful business. it provides a structured, repeatable pattern to guide sales activities and processes, ensuring that you understand the needs of your referral sources and their patients! Having a process ensures a clear path from qualifying the account to closing the sale.
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
We all sell every day- to our colleagues, our family, and even our friends. How many times have you sat on an airplane and someone asks, "What do you do?". We will build our Value Propositions together in this session; what I like to call the elevator pitch. When you have an elevator pitch, you are always prepared for the next customer!
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
Leadership. I have just built a Leadership Program aimed at equipping entrepreneurs with the tools needed to own a Franchise and manage people to their very highest potential. I love helping professional take steps to gain the confidence they've always dreamed of having!!
What are you passionate about outside the home and alternate site infusion industry?
When I'm not working, I love being outdoors. I enjoy tennis, hiking, and walking my Golden Doodle, Maxwell. I'm also a foodie, so whether it's dinner out or cooking at home- I am all in! A hobby I just picked back up this last year is needlepoint. I am obsessed!!!
