Describe your session in a tweet.
Come learn about the newly released resources created to address those clinical quandaries that can arise in daily practice.
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
I hope that people will find the tools to be a valuable aid in their daily practice.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
Things that drive me: making connections for my circle and beyond, whether for a new job, locating a resource partner for a client, or linking people with someone that can help in their clinical journey.
If you had a paid year off work, how would you spend it?
I would spend it traveling the globe and meeting people in rural areas - those people that create cultural flavor.
If you had a secret identity, what would your alias be and what would you be known for?
I'd like to be an undercover 'fairy godmother' for people in difficult circumstances.
What’s your “it’s not a big deal, but it is” hill to die on?
Calls to patients can be done so quickly that the answers given to the pharmacy can be fairly automatic. This allows the caller to 'check the boxes', but doesn't accomplish the true reason for the call. Thoughtful communication is key to gathering valuable information and establishing trust with clients.
