Discussing how to better care for the long-term pediatric IV patient at home. Our goal is to bring kids home sooner and keep kids home longer, because every kid deserves to be a kid!
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
How to better advocate and encourage the pediatric patient to still enjoy their life as a child while ensuring they safely receive the IV therapies they need.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
Any and all things IV therapy at home, as I am a firm believer in the phrase "you don't know what you don't know."
What are you passionate about outside the home and alternate site infusion industry?
I love to spend time outside with my 2-year-old son, hiking or snuggling in for a good TV show, and am recently starting to dabble in sourdough baking.
