Describe your session in a tweet.

Your HPEN claim is only as strong as your team’s communication. Even top infusion pros face workflow breakdowns. Learn how collaboration—from referral to audit—supporting sustainable claims and optimal patient care.

What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?

1. Communication drives sustainability. 2. Collaboration reduces claim risk. 3. System gaps affect even the best teams. 4. Clearly defined roles lead to fewer errors. 5. Audits are won with preparation, not panic. 6. Prioritize data-driven decisions. 7. Continuous improvement leads to sustainability.

Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?

As an owner of a consulting company that works with home infusion providers across the country, I am passionate about a strong go-to market strategy with a properly trained sales team. Understanding what your clinical community needs and presenting a confident, well informed and competent approach in the field is the first step in earning the trust of treating practitioners in the area, ultimately leading to the patient that needs a strong home infusion team.

If you had a paid year off work, how would you spend it?

If I had a year off work, I would spend it in beach houses around the world with my husband and our dogs. Mornings would begin with coffee on the balcony, followed by long walks combing the shoreline for shells, sea glass, and hidden treasures. For a few months each year, my daughter would join us so she could scuba dive, capturing countless underwater photos and sharing in the adventure.

If you had a secret identity, what would your alias be and what would you be known for?

The Bridge Builder Over the years, I have discovered a deep sense of purpose in helping organizations identify and source the resources they need to serve their communities. My passion lies in leveraging resources, knowledge, and networks to build a bridge between need and action—creating meaningful and lasting impact.

What’s your “it’s not a big deal, but it is” hill to die on?

Fun: Its not a big deal, but ketchup belongs in the bottle or on food…. Never on the hands! Fun: Its not a big deal, but Linda Carter was the BEST Wonder Woman. Industry: It’s not a big deal, but an efficient, streamlined process and pathway is always worth the time and effort; winging it wastes money! I’ll die on these hills.
