In a world where you can get endless data, how do you keep it relevant? In Making Metrics Meaningful, we'll discuss how to ensure data is actionable and accessible to frontline staff as well as upper management.
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
Defining your data is extremely important to making it actionable. We will discuss tools and ideas for ensuring your data is well defined and informative to individuals from front-line staff to upper management.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
I enjoy focusing on technology, data, process improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and innovation.
What are you passionate about outside the home and alternate site infusion industry?
I enjoy building furniture, woodturning, and spending time with my family and two dogs. We love to spend time on the water, whether boating or kayaking.
