Traveling the world and building a multi-media company for innovate creators. Photography, videography, broadcast journalism, you name it. I also wouldn't mind looking into what it takes to be a credentialed financial advisor.

Neighborhood Santa. I'd be a serial philanthropist for those who are socio-economically disadvantaged. Gifting money out of thin air regularly.
