I’d dedicate time to advancing global health by volunteering with organizations that expand access to essential medicines, while also exploring how different healthcare systems address patient safety.

The Fixer — known for unraveling what’s broken, whether it’s a workflow, a process, or a lump of clay, and reshaping it into something stronger.
What’s your “it’s not a big deal, but it is” hill to die on?
Proper labeling and documentation. It may seem small, but consistency in records is critical for safety, compliance, and reducing errors in compounding.
