Jessi McCarroll, MBA RD CNSC
Lead Territory Manager, Premier Infusion & Healthcare Services
Describe your session in a tweet.
Let's explore how clinicians translate expertise into sales strategy—driving better patient outcomes, stronger ROI, and confident leadership beyond the bedside.
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
Confidence! Taking a new path beyond the typical clinical trajectory can be scary and invite imposter syndrome. I hope this session makes clinicians think about another path, and gives those in leadership a new pool of candidates to explore when building their sales team.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
Patient/Consumer experience, particularly in home nutrition support. I find when the entire care team including the patient have open communication and are invested in the patient care/experience, we get better outcomes all around.
If you had a paid year off work, how would you spend it?
Anyone who knows me could tell you I'd probably spend more time rescuing and fostering dogs, but I'd definitely sneak away to explore more of the diverse food and culture around the world as well. Plenty of dogs to pet no matter the country!
If you had a secret identity, what would your alias be and what would you be known for?
I'd definitely need to use a lifeline to pick an alias, but I'd like to think I'd be known for helping animals, or those who cannot speak (or speak loudly enough) for themselves.
What’s your “it’s not a big deal, but it is” hill to die on?
Pick up the phone. In a day and age where we do so much texting, Teams-ing, and emailing, sometimes you just have to pick up the phone and get. it. done.
