With the increasing prevalence of automation in home infusion pharmacies, sustaining mental engagement among staff is paramount. This session will address the challenges posed by repetitive tasks and the risks of disengagement during automated processes.
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
Participants will explore strategies to maintain staff engagement and ensure accuracy during compounding, even with advanced technologies like IV workflow systems and repeater pumps.

Sterile compounding and aseptic technique; basically everything pertaining to the cleanroom!
