Describe your session in a tweet.
Your HPEN claim is only as strong as your team’s communication. Even top infusion pros face workflow challenges. Learn how collaboration—from referral to audit—keeps claims sustainable and patients cared for.
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
1. Communication drives sustainability. 2. Collaboration reduces claim risk. 3. System gaps affect even the best teams. 4. Clearly defined roles lead to fewer errors. 5. Audits are won with preparation, not panic. 6. Prioritize data-driven decisions. 7. Continuous improvement leads to sustainability.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
How to lead (specifically leadership roles within a home infusion company, but also leadership within organizations like NHIA) in a volatile industry; Industry trends specific to home parenteral nutrition.
If you had a paid year off work, how would you spend it?
Sleeping
If you had a secret identity, what would your alias be and what would you be known for?
You think I'm going to give away my secret identity that easily?! Just kidding - I'm not sure what my alias would be, but similar to Spiderman's logistical strategy, I'd rush in, organize someone's house or office, and rush out unidentified.
What’s your “it’s not a big deal, but it is” hill to die on?
Add an email signature (containing your full [preferred] name, credentials, and contact information) to your professional emails so it populates whether emailing from your computer OR phone AND for all emails (new messages, replies, forwards, etc.)!
