Being able to identify when someone is experiencing the signs of being a Second Victim.
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
To be able to understand the grief and loss someone experiences during a medical mishap. Be able to support them and help them get through their situation and be able to move on and continue their career path.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
I rescue dogs from bad homes and reintroduce them to loving homes. I have kept three dogs for my family to love.
What are you passionate about outside the home and alternate site infusion industry?
I love to read and watch movies. I love to travel to new places and learn their cultures.
What is your superpower?
I am able to teach students that have not had the opportunity to learn or have the support to overcome their disabilities.
What additional superpower would you like to have and why?
I would like to be able to heal, protect, and encourage others not to hurt children and animals. I see too many children and animals being abused and left behind.
