Describe your session in a tweet.
Learn how to design home infusion cleanrooms that meet and exceed USP standards using Quality by Design principles through practical strategies for compliance, scalability, and redundancy.
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
Move beyond the minimum standards. In home infusion, BUDs can't be easily reduced, therefore strategies for building in resilience and redundancy is key.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
Cleanroom workflow, pharmacy engineering controls, USP compliance, staff training, employee safety and occupational protection from hazardous drugs.
If you had a paid year off work, how would you spend it?
Traveling the world, cycling, and crafting!
If you had a secret identity, what would your alias be and what would you be known for?
The mahjaholic crafter! I love creative activities and playing mahjong! My newest obsession is needlepointing and I play mahjong on a weekly basis 🙂
What’s your “it’s not a big deal, but it is” hill to die on?
Patient and employee safety when it comes to sterile compounded drugs. There is no space for cutting corners and taking shortcuts when it comes to sterile compounding.
