Describe your session in a tweet.

Stay ahead of the curve! Equip yourself with principles and practices to thrive in unpredictable sterile compounding environments.

What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?

Leading in compounding pharmacy compliance requires thinking outside of the box. Not every solution can be found within a particle guideline or regulatory document. To serve our patients best, we need to proactively balance patient access while maintaining safety and quality of sterile medications. This will require you to go above and beyond, using critical thinking to find success.

Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?

1. Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation 2. Data analytics use in evaluation of environmental monitoring and certification of home infusion pharmacies.

What are you passionate about outside the home and alternate site infusion industry?

1. Backpacking and Hiking 2. Sports 3. Traveling
