A strong orientation program led by skilled, experienced preceptors will help improve new-hire retention

Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?

If you had a paid year off work, how would you spend it?

Travel! My 3 oldest kids live in 3 different states. I would spend extended time in Utah, Texas and Wisconsin!

If you had a secret identity, what would your alias be and what would you be known for?

Whisker Whisperer Known For: Masterfully finding lost pets in impossible situations—whether cats stuck on rooftops, dogs hiding in forests, or even birds that flew miles away. Rumor has it they leave behind tiny paw prints as a signature of their rescue.

What’s your “it’s not a big deal, but it is” hill to die on?

Socks in the Laundry: Matching pairs must stay together—one lost sock is a tragedy.
