Describe your session in a tweet.
If denials are rising and your team cannot review everything, this session shows how simple AI built into existing workflows can help prioritize claims before submission. Using data your practice already has, these methods have shown promising results, including reductions of up to 25 percent in initial denial rates.
What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?
The goal is not perfect prediction. It is better prioritization. Even simple models can surface where human attention has the highest impact and meaningfully reduce avoidable denials.
Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?
I enjoy helping operators grow their businesses and expand access to care in a data driven way. I am particularly excited about the Four Core Growth Areas in infusion: referrals, intake, revenue cycle management, and market expansion. Infusion pharmacies and practices already have a wealth of data that can meaningfully impact each of these areas, and I enjoy helping teams turn that data into real operational and financial results.
If you had a paid year off work, how would you spend it?
I would spend the year sailing around the world with my wife and our two rescue dogs!
If you had a secret identity, what would your alias be and what would you be known for?
The Signal Engineer Known for turning messy data into clear signals that help teams focus on what actually moves the business.
What’s your “it’s not a big deal, but it is” hill to die on?
Always start with the business problem, not the technology. Silver bullet tools rarely fix poorly defined problems.
