What is the most important thing you want attendees to take away from your session?

Payer contracting requires consistent dedication of experience and resources.

Excluding your session, what other topics are you passionate about in relation to the home and alternate site industry?

I am passionate about helping providers financial success, so that they can focus on delivering exceptional quality and top notch patient experience.

If you had a paid year off work, how would you spend it?

I would spend a lot of time mountain biking, hiking and surfing. I would travel with my wife to all the places on our bucket list. I would spend lots of time with family.

If you had a secret identity, what would your alias be and what would you be known for?

Captain Nice Guy. I would find people having a bad day and find a way to get them to smile.

What’s your “it’s not a big deal, but it is” hill to die on?

Being professional and treating others with respect.
