Thank you for registering for NHIA 2026! We’re here to help you prepare for the busy and productive week ahead and have gathered the essential information below to help make your experience at the conference successful!

    For attendees staying at the Gaylord Rockies, WiFi is accessible in the convention center using the Gaylord Resort network and your last name and room number to authenticate.

  • Shuttles

    For attendees staying offsite, NHIA will provide complimentary shuttle service on a limited schedule during the conference dates, April 18 – 22.

As we continue to invest in the attendee experience and push the envelope to deliver the most dynamic and valuable experience possible, here are a few highlights to be aware of.

  • Session Connections & Side Chats

    Engage in new immersive learning and facilitated networking with the innovative Session Connections & Side Chats.

    In each Session Connection, attendees work in small groups to tackle a simulation or case study that builds on earlier education content. Expert facilitators then help synthesize insights and solutions, ensuring participants leave with concrete strategies, tools, and perspectives they can apply immediately.

    Side Chats connect attendees in small groups with facilitated discussions focused on key industry challenges and opportunities.

  • AI-generated Session Summaries

    Shortly after each session, you can access AI-generated session summaries with key takeaways. Revisit what you learned, catch up on sessions you missed, or decide which recordings to watch first.

    Explore all available summaries sorted by track from the Conference App home screen.

  • Infusion Experience

    Explore the enhanced Infusion Experience in the NHIA Expo, where you can walk through multiple stations that identify deficiencies and corresponding accreditation standards and guidelines for environmental, infection control, and patient and staff safety in a home and the ambulatory infusion setting.

  • Lunch and Learn Sessions

    If you are attending the Foundation of Home Infusion Preconference or are not attending a preconference, be sure to check out our opening Lunch and Learn sessions.

    Choose between the ever-popular New Drugs and Biologics session and Real-World Medicare Audits with Lessons Learned, which will kick off the conference content on Sunday at 11:45 a.m.

  • Continental Networking Breakfast

    Connect with fellow attendees and NHIA Committees at a morning Continental Networking Breakfast in the Adams Prefunction Area on Monday, a new opportunity to fuel up, engage with volunteer leaders, and learn about opportunities to contribute to the industry.

  • Conference Recordings

    More than 50 conference sessions will be recorded and available 2 weeks after the conference for attendees to view and earn CE.

Annual Industry Celebration

Join your infusion industry colleagues and friends on Tuesday night at the Local Drive @ Stanley Marketplace Hangar.

  • Network as we celebrate you

    This multi-level indoor golf facility and lounge features indoor golf bays, a massive turf patio, pool tables, table games, sand volleyball court, high end drinks, and food from local vendors from the popular Stanley Marketplace.

    All conference registrants are invited to attend Tuesday, April 21 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
