With almost two decades of experience in pharmacy practice and inspection, Krystal brings a deep understanding of compounding standards, quality assurance, and regulatory enforcement. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing safe and effective pharmacy practices through education, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Krystal is a passionate advocate for professional development and has presented at numerous state and national conferences on topics including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), sterile and non-sterile compounding, and inspection readiness. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and is committed to fostering excellence in pharmacy practice through knowledge-sharing and regulatory innovation.
