Lisa Siefert serves as Vice President, Clinical Services and Quality at Soleo Health. She has had a unique career in pharmacy taking a non-traditional path focused on infusion and specialty pharmacy. Lisa moved from clinical patient care to a corporate support role in which her influence on work in areas of quality, patient safety and clinical care is applied more broadly through ensuring clinicians are competent and confident to provide clinical care to patients who require complex specialty therapy. Her focus on quality management as a foundation to improving patient care process is pivotal to her core values. She has been a preceptor for most roles she has held, and has also been a residency directory, as she enjoys sharing this area of pharmacy with the next set of clinicians practicing pharmacy.
