Brian brings 22 years’ experience in revenue cycle management with 19 of those years devoted to leadership roles at varying levels. Brian currently serves as the Associate Director of Pharmacy Operations. In this role, he’s responsible for overseeing a team of Reimbursement Managers and partners with the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations and other executive leaders to provide excellent customer service, regulatory compliance and ensure KPI standards are met or exceeded. Prior to joining Prochant, Brian held leadership roles with CVS and RCI where he led high-performing teams that were well-versed across multiple payer mixes and software systems. He is known for his problem-solving ability, light-heartedness, team building and excellent customer service. He has expertise in CPR+, Epic, MediAR, HCN, ePremis and MedMetrix and played a key role in developing Epic infusion software for a large healthcare organization, offering recommendations and ensuring Medicare compliance.
