Amanda Brummitt, FACHE, is a healthcare strategy consultant advising infusion providers and other healthcare organizations on leadership, strategy, sales and referral development, and patient experience. She helps teams grow referrals, strengthen culture, and improve processes for patients. Her broader background spans more than two decades in healthcare leadership. She served as an executive at HCA and a large private practice, giving her firsthand insight into the operational, clinical, and financial pressures healthcare leaders face. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Health Administration, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
