As a board-certified pharmacy leader, Elaine has a robust background in pharmacy leadership, joining WorkingBuildings- Trinity Consultants in 2018. As the Senior Managing Consultant for Cleanrooms and Sterile Compounding, she leads the clinical team in providing expert cleanroom design regulatory assessments, feasibility analysis for cleanroom programs, cleanroom design assessment for compliance with USP , , and , cleanroom gap analysis, and SOP and workflow development. Elaine has presented and published numerous articles on topics ranging from cleanroom design to hazardous drug surface wipe analysis. Her career began with leadership roles in pharmacy inpatient operations and clinical management at Allegheny Health Network (Pittsburgh) and Massachusetts General Hospital, where she managed Compounding Services. Elaine holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Georgia and a Master’s Degree in Health System Pharmacy and Pharmacy Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
