Sarah Johnson is the Chief Operating Officer at Penn Medicine at Home, leading efforts to transform home-based care and support evolving models for patient care. Penn Medicine at Home includes home infusion, home health, hospice, palliative care, visiting providers, and a community health workers program with over 8,000 patients and 1,750 staff. With a career spanning healthcare operations in mental health and roles as CHRO for Penn Homecare and Hospice Services and Pennsylvania Hospital, Sarah now drives strategy, business growth, and service expansion at Penn Medicine at Home. She collaborates with clinical leaders to diversify offerings such as Penn Home Infusion Therapy. Sarah earned her BA from Kenyon College and MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. A Carol Emmott Fellow (2023), she actively volunteers in Philadelphia, serving on the Board of Directors for VisionLink Philadelphia.
