Michelle Mais-Smith, MSN, CRNI, is a nurse manager with Coram/CVS Specialty, where she oversees a team of 23 nurse case managers across Illinois and Indiana. With nearly three decades of nursing experience, Michelle’s background spans emergency care, medical-surgical units, occupational health, and more than 12 years dedicated to home infusion. She is passionate about advancing specialty infusion and fostering the growth of her team. Michelle earned her CRNI credential in 2018 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing Informatics in 2025. She is commited to lifelong learning and her ability to translate complex clinical challenges into practical solutions for patients and colleagues. Outside of work, Michelle has been married for 25 years and is the mother of four. She enjoys attending concerts, solving crosswords, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
