Elena Stoyanova, MSN, RN, is the Director of Nursing, Clinical Education, and Quality at Nutrishare, LLC, where she leads nursing operations, quality initiatives, and clinical education for patients on long-term home parenteral nutrition (HPN). With over 14 years of experience in critical care, home infusion, and nursing leadership, she focuses on team-based strategies that enhance patient outcomes. Elena has extensive experience in coordinating care across disciplines, developing clinical protocols, and implementing quality improvement strategies to drive measurable outcomes. She has presented nationally at conferences such as NHIA and ASPEN, and is the 2025 recipient of ASPEN’s New Practitioner Award for Nursing.
