Over her 20-year career, Dr. Lambert has focused on health systems pharmacy clinical programs, operations, and technology implementation primarily in oncology and infusion services. These responsibilities included development and implementation of policies, procedures and education, as well as coordination of the remodel of multiple facilities to meet USP compliance standards across both acute and ambulatory care areas, as well as retail pharmacies and clinics. Dr. Lambert expanded on her experience by serving as a consultant for USP compliance to clients across the country. She is Board Certified in Sterile Compounding Pharmacy.
